Kraanium is a Norwegian slam death band; in fact, they're the only Norwegian slam death band I know of. Their 2008 album had a fairly well produced, bottom-heavy sound, which I really liked, and lots of high pitched inhales.The follow-up didn't do much for me, as the sound had turned to shit, but they're back to the good old fuzzy heaviness with the new one. Also there are more deep gutturals rather than squeals. It's really good.
